RAID Array not showing up (Could be software)

Software/hardware look fine so personally I think it's just a glitch. you could try uninstalling/reinstalling any windows drivers for the RAID card. If that doesn't work personally I'd be tempted to recreate the array, done that a few times at work but it is sometimes dependent on software/controller as to whether it'll scrub the drives in the process (never seen it happen yet though.)
 
Oh first - anything in the eventlogs regarding the drives? Sometimes it can be a very cryptic clue which more or less tells you it's corrupt and needs reinitialised. Worth having a good look through first around the time you noticed this before doing anything.
