RAID array transfer

I currently have a RAID 0 striping array, using 2 WD disks. I am about to upgrade my PC (new mobo, preocessor etc.) and was wondering, can I transfer the disks accross to the new mobo, without losing the Data? I know physically it will be there, but will it be accessable by simply pluggin in and re-setting up the RAID 0 array?

I've got a HDD to install the new OS onto, these ones currently have OS and files on, but I want to keep the files for the new machine. Or is it just going to be a nightmare and be simpler to just do a CD backup of the stuff I need?

I tried to do this recently using SYSPrep. I thought that it would take out all the system drivers etc.. and it may work, it was a long shot and it didn't work. I couldn't find a way to do it so I used my external hard drive and Robo copy and backed up the data on the raid array
