Depends on the RAID controller surely? Some install a plugin in the Control Panel which shows basic info, worth checking for that.
Failing that the only other way I can think of is to open the machine up and look at the capacities on the drive labels, total them, and compare them to the capaicty available in Windows. From this it should be reasonably obvious if it's RAID0/1/5.
No doubt someone will be along in a minute with a much simpler technique but I thought I'd chuck this idea in anyway, at least it's pretty bulletproof
