raid gone wrong

ok so i booted my pc up the other day and it did a lot of recovery stuff the i ended up looking a bit further into my files and noticed my raid 1 was now two seperate drives with the same files on each and now no raid is there any 3way to restore the raid without a fresh install of win7

Take out 1 disk put in a new one of the same size go to the RAID BIOS and select recover. Unless it's software RAID in which case use that to recover the RAID set.
