Raid Help 0+1 or 1+0 ????

Can't get my head around it.

If I got 4 x 500gb which would be the best to do and the safest.

EDIT: Sorry raid 1+0 is safer. Im paranoid about 2drives failing now at the same time lol

They're as 'safe' as each other, but 1+0 is faster and can rebuild faster in event of a single driver failure.

You could always go RAID 6 or multiple disk RAID 1 ...

Just go with the knowledge that RAID is NOT a substitute for backups, and you'll be fine
