Raid lock ups

I just got 2 Samsung F1 750gb Drives and running them in raid 1 as a storage drive, now when I am running anything from them theres a freeze before it loads up and during the freeze there is clicking sounds being heard from the base unit.

Just have to ask is this normal?

Clicking sounds like one of the disks is failing already, try running the diagnostics on it from Samsung.

Also just double check the cabling, but deffo sounds like one or both are failing.

Unplug one of them and turn it on see if it clicks and do the same with the other one to determine which is broken.
