Raid or AHCI?

Just finished build and have 2x M.2 - 500GB Samsung and 1TB Sabrent, can I switch to RAID now all set up and any benefits?

They're different sizes, so if you switched to RAID, you'd lose the extra space on the Sabrent.

You'd effectively have 1TB spread across the two drives, with no redundancy, or 500GB mirrored.

Either way, pointless.
