RAID Problems, Windows install seeing the drives not array

Just about to reformat and reinstall and i can't get my system to the see the array. Using an old CMD-0649 PCI card.

Anyone got any ideas, i could change to the mobo built in controller but it would take me ages to back up the array first ("only" 240gb )

Edit: using the provided floppy disk, with F6 at startup

i am a moron, should have read the manual it comes with 2 floppys. One for raid and if using in normal ide mode
