Been running a raid0 array as the past few weeks, (2x 74gb wd 16mb cache raptors) Last night i switched my system on and got the message in boot up that one drive had failed, tried rebooting, got to password screen then nothing, rebooted, went into bios and loaded defaults, downloaded western digital drive tools to scan the disks along with various tests in hd tune and manually checking the physical connections on the disks, system was clocked at 3.8ghz, wether an oc affects raid performance i dont know. All is working fine now but im not sure if one of the disks in the array might be on its last legs.

RAID+Overclock='Bad Things Can Happen'
Probably your drives are OK, your RAID driver might not like the overclock though.
