yo guys

i set up raid0 128kb stripe with 2 x 120gb corsair force 3 ssd's yesterday, on every 2nd reboot i get this error message and the pc fails to boot i then have to go back in to the bios and and boot from the raid drive again and it will work until i reboot my pc. annoying as hell!

a bit of an update, deleted raid array tried 2nd ssd as boot single drive and installed windows i got the same error message after restarting 2 times??

used corsair tool box to secure wipe the drive, smart checker is reporting everything is fine.

disk info is reporting host read and writes as 12TB and 9TB surely this cant be correct?

also another strange problem after secure wipe, installed windows 8 its showing multiple MBR's which just isn't possible!

any issues like that on the other drive?

did you run chkdisk on the one that's causing issues?

not too hot on raid but a secure erase should sort the drives out

got windows up and running on my '1st corsair' going to disconnect all my drives and retry installing windows on the 2nd drive, yeah check disk is reporting no errors

think i have resolved the problem, basically disconnected my other 4 drives, installed windows8 on the 2nd drive corsair drive then added the other drives 1 by 1... and it seems to be working now. not sure how it will hold up on raid0 so i'll leave it for now.

ahh yeah, always unplug the other drives apart from the one/ones you want to install windows on,sorry forgot about that

99% of the time it screws up the boot record with other drives/non os plugged in
