Hi all,

Back when OcUK were doing the pre-order deal on OCZ Vertex drives I picked up a couple of 120GB OCZ Vertex drives (not Vertex 2/2E/3), one for each of my Win7 PCs.
Since I don't look forward to re-installing every bit of software and configuring it on 2 PCs I've managed to put off installing them. Now I'm looking to upgrade the motherboard in one of the PCs to an AM3+ board that supports SATA III. So now I'm getting greedy and thinking that I should get a 128GB Crucial M4 SSD (the firmware upgrade sold me) for that PC.
This would leave me with 2 x 120GB Vertex drives. I'm wondering if I should risk RAID0-ing the 2 OCZ drives I already own? The more I read about the Crucial M4s the more I see people commenting on the unreliability of OCZ drives and putting 2 in RAID0 would double that risk!
But it would give a performance boost wouldn't it? Plus it'd give me ~240GB of SSD space.
Would I be better off RAID1-ing the drives?
Or just selling 1?
Or forgetting the M4 and just go with my original plan and run a SATA II SSD on what will now be a SATA III motherboard (hopefully)?

Thanks!
