Right I have read all that is here and am still abit (get it?) puzzled.
Here is my spec . . .
ASUS P5WD2e Premium + 2 x 150Gb 10krpm Raptors
1 is currently my C drive in SATA 1 NOT Raid SATA 1 and the other is currently my D drive in SATA 2
My C Drive has been loaded with WXP Pro etc and I DO NOT want to have to reinstall everything.
How can I set up RAID1 without reinstalling everything - I tried plugging both the drives into the RAID SATA 1 & 2 - got it all sorted in the BIOS and at the final hurdle it says that ALL DATA WILL BE LOST - is this true???
Will I have to start again or am I being a RAID DUMMY 1.0???
