RAID1 two HDDS

Hi I'm currently setting up a server with two 500GB HDDS once is the primary which I've installed Windows server standard 2012 on it I was wondering in the bios screen it says CTRL+S for Drive configuration which I believe is something I need to go into but after that what do I need to do.

It's a Dell R210 that I'm configuring.

you would need to press ctrl+S, and create an array, and add disks to it, and then choose your settings.
You will wipe all data on both drives when doing this.
