Raijintek wants your feedback!

I feel they would look better without the ends of the heat pipes sticking out the top like that. Adds height for no reason apart from difficulties in finishing them flush.

Have to say, I like the black, it just has that mean look to it.. though I am less convinced about the design of the Evo and prefer the Nemsis.. if it were a Nemsis in black, with nickel just for the base/pipes, then I'd be quite happy..

Black & Chrome.. you can hardly beat it..

Besides the design for the heatsink itself, the design for the mounting mechanism is VERY important as well. One of the reason why the Thermalright Silver Arrow perform so well is not just because of heatsink alone, but also because of how tight is it attached to the chip.

Also, one problem with universal CPU coolers in general is that many perform well on Intel socket because of decent mount, yet AMD's cooling performance pretty much ALWAYS incomparable to the Intel's due to the fairly average (or sub standard even) mount for the AMD socket, so may be you guys should put some extra afford on the design for the mount for the AMD socket, if you guys are targeting AMD users as well.

Gold looks really cheap tbh, gold accents would look better than an all gold cooler. Looks like cheap christmas decoration lol

The nickel is nice but they should do black chrome/black nickel. perhaps go the way of prolimatech and do some different colour heat fins and cap it off with a black top. Also capping off the heatpipes like the coloured variants of megahalems with a smooth cover makes air coolers so much better looking.

Meh, if it aint white it aint right!

*EDIT*

I've just realised that may have come off ever so slightly extremely racist, its only aimed at anodised computer components :P

They are kinda industrial looking (if that's the right word?), which I like, especially the gold ones.

Instead of a glossy black, maybe a textured black such as megahalems black?, they look pretty sweet.

The nemesis looks dangerously like the K2, if it out performs it or is smaller, then fair play. But otherwise they may need some decent pricing to sway me away.
It certainly does, though less angled than the k2. If it performs similairly i could be tempted away from the k2. Due to how it's angled it blocks the top x1 pcie slot that i would have used for my dx audio card. Finish wise, i like the look of the nickel versions. Gold is a bit too blingy, ok i suppose if you want to color coordinate with one of the asus Z87 mobos.

They should send me one to run for a week or so, I'm used to Sib-Zero temperatures as I run phase cooling 24/7 so would be an interesting comparison to see how an air cooler stacks up against phase change

Yep, get them as black as the blackest hole in the universe, have two 140mm fan capability and start from there.

Some thoughts:-
Ereboss - Only a two fan design. After a while I can see this clogging with dirt /dust and be a swine to get clean in the middle.

Nemsis - My pick of the bunch support for 3 fans and the design allows the heatsink to be cleaned.

Themis - Interesting design but will the grooves near where the fans are located impede airflow? e.g. the fan will draw air from the sides rather than being forced to pull through the cooler. Not sure on the heatpipe finishing CPU side. However if you can get it flat enough then I see no issue.

All designs look good but the Ereboss looks like the fins might actually trap heat rather due to the lack of airflow in such a large enclosed area?

As many others have said... Gold = No! Nickel = Yes! Black = More please!

Also looking back at designs... The bases don't seen to contact the heatpipes directly to the CPU as in many others, leads to a hot 'block' above the CPU that the heatpipes are moving heat from - might lead to possible thermal spikes during sudden high load?
