I noticed this game one bored ICT lesson a couple of weeks ago, and after about 15minutes it turns out the whole class was playing it, I actually had to get home to play it but the sound is awful, you can turn it off though.

You are a coloured sphere and you can only land on the same coloured sphere as you are, (or grey - neutral). Space bar is jump and the arrows are move, each little dot changes the colour. (press b to turn off the background)
I'm currently stuck on level 20, It's so hard, yet so addictive!!!
