ram and cpu 1:1?

how do i check my cpu and ram are running and 1:1? something everyone seems to mention, and im having diffuclty overclocking my ds3 and e6300 and xms2.

people claim theyves had 26+ on stock volts and i cant even get 2.4 stable on a v core of 1.47!

You would have to run your memory at 533 for a 1:1. What is it at the moment.

its 800mhz pc6400 cas 4
just starting to get annoyed that i cant get a decent over clock thats stable

800 if i leave the mobo on auto but i can lower the multiplier and change it if need be...
