RAM Drive software?

Hi, I need a freeware RAM drive application - has anyone got any ideas? I have 2GB of RAM so I would like it around 300MB possibly?

Here is a free ram disk driver never used it, but might be worth a try

well i dont know any i was just pointing out what the OP was asking for, since you had to pay for the one you first posted, i have no expertise in this sort of thing so i wouldnt have a clue, but was wondering if there were any free ones to try since i have 4GB of ram
