RAM effected by GPU?

Just moved my second gpu into the 3rd slot as my top card was getting too hot , booted it back up gone into control panel and it says I only have 4gb of ram usable out of 6 , it happened before but I just re-seated the ram and this solved the issue , tried it this time and it hasn't worked .. Any ideas ?
 
Grrrr tried moving and re - seating it and swapping it about like 3 times now .. Wondering if it's something that's happened to windows when I've moved the gpu across ?
 
Thanks for the replies :) ... Finally managed to sort it I don't know how though I just shut it down switched everything off then re-loaded the oc profile from bios and it's back to saying 6gb , was getting rather stressed haha
