Hi,is this kits are good for 5900x
Mobo is tomahawk x570

1) G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z Neo DDR4 4000MHz CL16 KIT F4-4000C16D-16GTZNA

2) G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z Neo DDR4 3800MHz CL14 KIT F4-3800C14D-16GTZN

Just forget 4000MHz.
That would require very good CPU individual to get InfinityFabric running in sync with memory.
3800Mhz is more realistic, though still needs good CPU and might not work without some manual tweaking.

And there's no sense in paying luxury from 16GB:
Memory capacity you don't have has no speed, or at most negative speed.

So unless you're just after overclocking/benchmarking record making, you should put extra money toward capacity to last for years.
Besides if you get Samsung B-die DIMMs 16GB ones are dual rank, which boosts gaming performance per clock.

My gamble in buying 4000MHz Corsair memory did not pay off. I enabled XMP but Ryzen Master showed that my 5900X fabric was at 1800MHz. I set it to 2000MHz and I got WHEA errors in the log and eventually a crash. I then tried 1900MHz and a number of strange things happened such that I was not too surprised that my BIOS had reset and I had to restore it. I'm back to FClk AUTO and 1800MHz.
