Corsair 16GB 3000MHz Vengeance LPX Black , got them used it runs at 2666 MHz tried everything but it wont run any faster , ryzen1060 gb ab350 gaming 3 , so should this run at 3000mhz or is this normal ?

yes , the most I could get was 2666 MHz on manual- , I am trying to work out if the guy who sold me the ram changed the labels and the ram is actually 2666 MHz not 3000mhz or if its my computer ,
