Hi Guys,

Just running memcheck and noted that my RAM is running at;

532MHz / CAS 6-6-6-20

My RAM is;

OCZ OCZ3P1600C9ELV4GK Platinum PC3-12800 (1600MHZ) 2 x 2GB Kit 1.35V

and says on it [email protected]

Am I right in thinking that this is incorrect and needs changing? If so, how please?

I suspect that this is behind a number of problems with my pc.

Many thanks. :D

Well being a H67 chipset it only supports upto 1333mhz.

so to get this speed in the BIOS there will be a DRAM frequency setting somewhere.

So, for the non-technical among us (:o)

I go into the bios, change the DRAM setting to 1333mhz and reboot? That's all i need to change?

Looking in the BIOS now and can't see this setting. FFs.

try installing the FOXONE software and click on Freq, then select DRAM and you can alter the frequency and apply the setting.

Thats all I can see, I cant see any pages in the BIOS to alter it.
