Although.. don't forget that the the memory speed quoted by the manufacturer is just what the memory is officially capable of, and not what it might be running at in any particular system.
Also.. try looking for 'set FSB' application. If you increase your FSB and your memory clock is linked to it, the memory speed should rise as well
