Hey all,
New here, really sorry if this is the wrong location.

Just built a new PC, however the only item I didnt change was my RAM.
When gaming and in some general usage im getting these "lags/freeze" situations still (which i had on my old pc too) - which leads me to beleive it maybe is the RAM causing an issue, as this is the only "old" part ive carried over? literally everything else is new?

Build:
  • m2 Samsgung 512GB SSD
  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
  • ASUS AMD ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING Motherboard
  • ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2080 OC Edition 8 GB GDDR6
  • EVGA 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
  • Corsair CMK32GX4M2B3000C15 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) Vengeance LPX DDR4 Memory Kit - Black

note:
  • ive done the windows memory test and it said there are no issues wiith the CPU during that test it runs during a reboot?
  • Ive checked that i have my ram in the 2 slots as per the mother board guide.
  • My AV is standard windows

What else could i do/try to sort this out? sorry, ive never done any of this over-clocking or validation before and i had my brother help me build my last PC years ago now

not sure how to post images from CPUZ?

You may want to check that that RAM is supported natively by your motherboard. As the BIOS's mature more are added.
have you tried laoding the XMP profile from the RAM in the BIOS and tried it?

Then I'd go into the BIOS and enter your RAM timings manually. Set your infinity Fabric clock to half the DRAM frequency so 1500Mhz for 3000Mhz ram.

Then you'll want to maybe play about with the DRAM calc for Ryzen and this very steep learning curve for playing about with RAM

Can you do a memory test using Memtest? Load memtest onto a bootable usb drive and run it from there ideally for about 4 hours and see if it reports any errors.

If no errors RAM is not an issue. Post a photo from the BIOS showing what the voltage, speed and timings are for the RAM.
