Ideally you should stick to the same brand and model etc.. However, there nothing to say that another manufacturer won't work but try and pick RAM that is of the same frequency, timings and voltage otherwise you may need to make manual adjustments to run the fastest ram to the same as that of the slowest.
Dual channel will still work.
OCZ Obsidian, 9-9-9-24, 1.65V I believe.
You want the same timings and RAM which will work at up to 1.65V.
This would do but it's not in stock at the moment:
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
You could try this but you may have to loosen the timings to 9-9-9-27 on the Obsidian:
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Or this and run it at 9-9-9-24:
OCZ Special OPS 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Other kits run at lower voltages so may not be happy at 1.65V.
Thanks i went for the Corsair XMS3 which was a bargain at £33.56 and it works perfectly with the OCZ Obsidian
