bought a 16gb kit from ocuk, trouble is i dont need them anymore, i opened the cardboard they came in so that is no more but i do have the plastic they sit in, is this still ok to DSR ?

DSR no longer exists - it's now the Consumer Contracts Regulations, I think it's called. and I may be wrong but I believe that the seller doesn't have to offer a full refund if the product packaging has been opened/destroyed

£50.50 is a good price but I'm after something a little faster. I'm sure someone will snap them up though.
