RAM Speed?

Hi, I'm currently running my RAM (2x 1GB) at 266MHz, but i know the RAM SHOULD run at 533MHz, as advertised.

Can anybody point me in the right direction for getting the correct speed?
By the way, I'm using a Dell Latitude D610, so I hope it doesn't involve Overclocking, for heat reasons.

266mhz is the actual speed of DDR533. It's called DDR or dual data rate meaning it transfers data 2 times per clock cycle. So, 266mhz is correct.
