Ram Speed

I bought this set of ram few weeks ago.

It says the speed is 19200.
I went on cpu z today and was checking through and on ram speed it says 12800.
Is this right? Am i meant to OC the ram or something?

Load the XMP profile in your boards BIOS.

once i go into bios i go into xmp profiles and then? select 2400mhz?
