Every album by this band has a number of songs that are simply superb, emotive to the point of making my spine tingle every time I hear them.

Considering that I don't even know what they are singing about in the majority of cases, I think this is quite astonishing.

My absolute favourite off the new album is the bonus track Halt, it is just completely and utterly brilliant.

Why wasn't it on the main album? Bizarre, it's amazing!

This is a major band I have never actually listened to (knowingly). Going to do so right now. Sadly they aren't on Spotify.

I wouldn't call them 'genius' but I like them. For the most part I liked all of their albums, Rosenrot had a few duds. I can't stand Stirb Nicht Vor Mir.

It was definitely worth getting the extended edition of Liebe Ist Für Alle Da just for Donaukinder:

Halt was pretty good too.

Rosenrot was pretty poor, Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da is a real return to form (although I prefer the easier to type titles of their other albums!)

My personal preference is Reise Reise, probably as it was the best concert I've ever been to :D

Their new album is good though - just wish they'd tour again :(

Do a search for 'Volkerball', it will bring up a couple of songs, albeit older ones.

Still good though :D

I love Rammstein!

Going to see them in London in February :)

I really love their cover of Kraftwerk's Das Model, it's awesome! And the new stuff's way better than Rosenrot.

I absolutely love Rammstein, more than anything else :D
Yesterday i got back from seeign them in Berlin, the show was just something else. bBy the end of the show i was just stood there in awe, i couldn't actually beleive how amazing they were. They were supported by Combichrist who i love and really wish they were playing in England as well. They were also brilliant live.
I'm going to be getting tickets soon to see them in Manchester, Birmingham and Lodon.

Oh and i would agree that they are genius, if you take a closer look at their lyrics, the references they use for their songs, how they play on the German language to give songs multiple meanings, etc. (i could go on and on, i did a presentation about them for my German A-Level speaking exam :D )
But yeah, they are amazing and are genius's, expecially Till.

*edit*
I went to see them at the Berlin Velodrom on Saturday, really incredible show they put on.

So did I :D
Did you have standing tickets?

Did you have standing tickets?

All the tickets were general admission, but yeah I was standing. It was bloody freezing in the queue wasn't it? 3.5 hours out there but it was worth it as I ended up front left of the stage, I managed to high five Richard as he went along the front of the crowd! Where did you end up mate?

I appreciate how they cross the language barrier with no effect at all, but genius is a bit strong.

I do enjoy a bit of Rammestein now and again.

Ah right, i thought that! I was confused why they didn't check tickets anywhere besides at the main doors. Why where so many people up in the tiers and not on the main floor then?!

I only started queuing about 5pm so was outside for not so far off two hours, it was damn cold! The coldest weekend berlin has had for a long time, it's now about 10C warmer in the day than it was on saturday! I met some guys in our hotel who came from Miami just to see them  one of them went to start queing at about 1pm, so he was outside for about 6 hours!
Lucky you!! I was dead centre and about 10m back from the front.
I met another guy that lives near me (small world) who got some amazing pictures that i am going to get off him. i'll send them you when i get them if you want?

I think the seating was popular once standing got a bit crowded and of course with the people who thought it might be a rough crowd. I can't imagine queueing for almost twice as long I think I would have been a block of ice by that time.

If you can send the pics that would be awesome, email in trust. :D

haha, fair enough. I couldn't beleive how 'calm' the crowd was! Besides the group of rather (completely) plastered guys near my everyone was pretty much just stoof there. Haha, well there were people right at the front of the queue with him that were all wrapped up in those foil blankets :D

Yeah i will do when he is back in England, might be today actually. He got tickets for every night...the lucky ****er!
