random BSOD's

I put this system together 3 or so days ago. Since the day i put it together i've been getting BSOD's on a regular basis.. It can go hours without getting any then in the space of 20 mins it can happen 3-4 times.

System specs;
Windows 8.1
GA-Z87X-OC
I5-4670k
16gig 2400mhz
290x 4gig
650w antec psu

I have a new PSU on the way as this was my first instinct so i have a AX 860i on the way but that will take 3 days or so before i have it.

I've reformatted, reinstalled drivers tried older and newer drivers and still getting these BOSD's with random messages the message literately changes every single time.

the past few i've had are;

Service Expectation Dxgmms1
irql not less than
page fault in nonpaged area.

Any-ways i'm completely over my head now anyone have any ideas or advice or where to seek advice ive been reading up on this for days and it feels like its not getting any better ):

Yh memory (irq not less or equal)

Maybe try enabling xmp,and try few clicks more CPU/vtt (xmp won't adjust that voltage)
 
The ram im using is 4x4; Corsair Dominator Platinum bought it just over a year ago; it was also part of my pervious build - never had any issues before i replaced mobo cpu gpu.

I've not clocked ect, so im going to go ahead and say stock haha, Ill restart in 10 mins and let you know, According to CPU-Z 1.5 - 1.650. Guess im better checking in the BIOS yea?

I've enabled xmp, how ever i cant see anything anywhere mentioning vtt, sa voltages, anyone know what they are names on the ga-z87x-oc im guessing they are to do with the mobo rather than the memory?
 
vring is there, still not sure what the second voltage that was supposed to be upped to 1.150v anyways ill see how this goes.

It's not vring,just checked its system agent and io digital/analogue voltage

Tbh I would leave them on auto,I reckon enabling xmp profile will help with stability
 
Can if you want

Xmp will set the correct dram voltage for you,just see how it is over next few days but can test with memtest86 just to rule out a faulty ram stick
 
alight well i feel i should probably change the voltages seeing its been naffed with xmp enabled for 2-3 days now. Atleast that way the variable is slightly different.

Infact will probs run memtest86 how it is currently if the ram is fine then ill try change the voltages..

I've never clocked anything, the only thing that i did after the first day (i was already experiencing BSOD on the first day) was enable xmp. Everything in the system is new apart from RAM, Hard drive, PSU. I've never had BSOD yet although i will do im sure of it.

Nothing has changed from yesterday really apart from checking with memtest86.

Normally it takes a while to get my first crash of the day then after that its just every 15-40 mins.

Have you got the latest BIOs as well as the drivers installed?

Could you run crystaldiskmark to check that your HDD/SSD are in order?

If that doesn't help well then im out of ideas and I apologise for wasting your time :/
 
yea all drivers are updates ect, My SSD is sent away for RMA atm, Doing the tests on my hard disk; out of intrest what read/writes should i be getting here? ill post my results at the end.

Also, dont be sorry if it does not help haha.
