Random noise from monitor.

I have just purchased a 7970 and connected it all up and everything is fine.

I use DVI connection.

When i game my monitor is silent as it should be, but when i browse webpages on certain pages my monitor will make a white noise sound?

Ive tried changing the monitor settings on the actual monitor such as brightness ect, but the high pitch noise does not get any better?

Before this card i owned a 560 which was Nvidia brand and my screen never made such noises?

Is it possible for a graphics card to make a monitor make sounds or does it look like my monitor is dieing?

The sound is easy to replicate and mostly happens on a white background with text if i scroll up and down the webpage the sound can come and go.

If anyone can help?

Try turning the brightness down in your CCC and LEAVE the brightness controls on your monitor. Report back.

If you still have the other card, it might be worth putting it back in and trying it.
Wouldnt have thought your graphics card would cause it though

Monitor has speakers? If so and your using external speakers, turn the monitor volume down to zero. My monitor used to do this even with no audio cable attached.
