Also if you have one already and just looking for a replacement, post a picture up. Should be able to tell if it's imperial or metric just from that
 
the ones the fix the motherboard to the standoff

Usually I just go through my box of PC screws, I have zip bags of each type, it's usually one of the two types of machined thread.

Some PC screws are the "self tapper" type like the fan, case screws or another ones have, can't recall 2.5/3.5" HDD.

i have a few about 10 of the little box's of screws and a few bag's that came with cases and 2 are branded phanteks. but i just got a B-grade Phanteks XT Pro Ultra with no fittings and none of them fit a few feel close but just wont nip up
if i have to ill just use thread lock haha

Usually the same that fix the hhd/SSD into the case and power supply. Should be able to steal one from somewhere else in the case.

no looking into the standoff its a fine thread not like an HDD screw
