do you get any blue screen of death messages when it restarts?

if not go to.

control panel
system
advanced Tab

startup and recovery
settings

system Failure
unckeck Automatic restart

that should give you BSOD

try checking your memory wattages also

i'd wait untill it does it again then take down the error message then you will have better understanding whats going wrong, you can check your voltages in the bios, or using software called everest (google it)

Ram & motherboard (inc bios) are always prime suspects for me when that happens. Try running on each stick of ram in turn to see if this eliminates your problem & then post back with your findings.

Do you get any blue screens? the error message will be like something_blahblah_something

take a note of it and post on here.

hmmmm i havnt had one for quite a while now and all i did was tick then untick the restart box so i might jus have to do that.... no blue screens or anything jus a reboot

you say it happens while playing games, there is a chance your computer/cpu is overheating. check the temperatures using the mobo's app for it while running some cpu-intensive program (e.g. prime95)

just an idea.
