Random restart

I Recently knocked this together for a first build and its been fine for the last few weeks but the last couple of days i have had random restarts when watching a film the pc just shuts down and then starts back up no BSOD just restarts

Do you think maybe a hardware problem? As i dont want anything blowing up

Do you have intel HD graphics installed as well as the 6450 card? so you are using Lucid?

there is a driver update from intel to resolve intermittent crashing - http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=2789

Well my HDMI is just plugged straight into the 6450 but i am totally unsure if i am using lucid i'm pretty sure it installed it with all the drivers etc but dont no if its in use at all.

There will be a "L" icon in the taskbar.

Yes lucid was enable never seen it, so i updated lucid to the latest and the did the update that you linked to hopefully this will resolve it
