Sazerac (Supposed to be Rye, but one of the Whisky's might work)
Absinthe Wash
Whisky 60ml
Syrup 1/2 tsp
Bitters 3 dashes
Stir with ice, strain into whisky glass.
I have to say, that this was the surprise of the night! It was sooo good. Made with cognac rather than whisky but it was beautiful.
Heads killing me now, and I'm going on a sub-crawl today. Ugh. Thanks for the tip though Illgresi.
