Random Shutting down

i am experiencing an incredibly annoying problem of the computer shutting down randomly!! no idea why, i got hold of speed fan and here are the results.....

anything here suspect?

running a

HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro
Gigabyte GA 965P DS3
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz
Intel Core 2 Duo E4300
Vista 64bit

Try memtest on the RAM, see if it brings back any errors just so you can rule that out.
Is anything shown when shutting down ? blue screen or anything ?
Anything overclocked ?
 
ok, so psu a possible suspect, anyway to test it? or best way process of elimination, just opened the pc and played made sure connections were proper and rebooted to get these voltages.....

i notice a few figures have changed? do these look any better, when i started the computer it did make a long beep... am just checking to see what this might mean
 
I know these s/ware voltage readings are to be taken with a large pinch of salt, but -16.97V on the -12V line seems excessive. To fault find is to swap components, & the first thing I'd beg or borrow is a PSU.
