Technically it'd be difficult if not impossible to work out. I see no reason why global warming would not happen, just one hell of a lot slower. I dont know a lot about the enviroment9what effect the sun has on its own?) so i may well be wrong.

Theres nothing to stop something like a meteor casuing another ice ace, or something like that
