Yeah rapidshare was slow for me this evening actually. Its pretty gimp to be honest.

I have to say though, just tried to download a biking video and its been going at 120kbps which is about the max speed on this line.

I know this is a couple of days after the OP, but I wonder if they were upgrading their servers/connection?

I only say that, as yesterday I popped onto Rapidshare, and was achieving 700k per second, and this is from a free server!

I don't think I've ever seen it that quick!

I reguaulry max on 1.5mbp/s on both Megaupload and Rapidshare.com - can't remember which server, I let it pick.

I normally get my max line speeds 500kb/s - 700kb/s when ever i use rapidshare
