Raptor HDD's - Advice

Hi all,

Been offered a pair of 60GB 10000RPM Western Digital Raptors, about a year old by a mate. What do you think they are worth?

The 80Gb and 160Gb Raptors are from Oems only, as bledd stated.

HI again,

The drives are in fact 36Gig types. What is this "price check forum", I am guessing its a members only type thing?

Yip.

If they're 8mb cache versions then maybe £30 each. The 16mb version is worth another fiver.

I Wonder how much my 2x Raptor X's (were not bought as a Raid pack but same FW and Serials are close) are worth to sell to some n00b.

i lvoed my raptor x's but the noise was terrible the new valociraptrs are brilliant but im worried sd drives are gonna be better value soon
