Raptor nearly full

Can someone tell me the best way to install OS and Apps.

I have played around with a few different configs. including 2 x74GB in RAID0
Currently have a single Raptor 74GB but it's nearly full and a seperate 300GB for storage.

Should I go back to 2 x Raptors RAID0 ?

Should I just install a new Samsung F1 HD for OS and Apps ?

Should I install Vista on the Raptor and everything else on seperate drive?

What do you think will be the best option?

disable system restore
use disk cleanup to remove the points, then open a cmd window with admin privalages and paste this into it vssadmin resize shadowstorage /on=C: /For=C: /MaxSize=300MB

run ccleaner slim.

check C:\ space
