raptor raid question

hi - im thinking of upgrading my 74gb 8mb cache raptor drives to the newer 16mb 150gb drives, both would be set up as raid.
before i do this though im wondering if western digital are about to bring out either a larger capacity drive with either a larger cache or a sataII interface. i dont really want to get the 150gb 16mb cache ones if they will be superceded shortly. i think solid state storage medium will be a little while off yet.....

There is talk of a large cache 300Gb Raptor but it's not likely to be available until the second half of the year at the earliest.

ok thats great, think i will wait and get the bigger one and get a larger performance boost.
