You'll need to isolate it from the hard drive cage entirely. Rubber grommets have been said to work a bit, but the best thing for them is either by using a drive enclosure and mounting in the cd drive bays or by suspending it in those bays with elastic.

Which Raptor do you have? the 150GB Raptor is a lot quieter & slightly faster than the 74GB, I would take Zefan's advise if it bothers you that much.
