Raptors RAID 0 2 or 3?

Hi,

Got 2 74gb raptors in RAID 0 at the moment on WinXP Pro, i have the chance to get a third of my mate who is selling it for £55 would i notice a performance increase with three over two? or is there no point?

Wouldn't waste anymore money on them, two will do for now in RAID 0

You'll incrrease bandwidth by 50% on what you already have, but latency will remain the same.

I noticed a significant jump in useability, responsiveness and general performance going from 2 to 3 disks in Raid 0.

55 quids for it is cheap.

just get it. if you dun see any performance gain, you can just use it as an OS drive for a 2nd rig..
