Just got 2x74Gb Raptors (Thanks Kieran).

HD Tach reports read rate at 122.8MB/s. AWESOME! :D

This is with the 'rig in the sig' - anyone got any other setups for comparison?

Anyone know how these compare to the 150GB Raptors RAID0 - has anyone done this yet?

2 X 74GB Raptors in RAID0 on ICH5R con. (specs in sig.), stripe 32KB, cluster 4KB:

2 x 36gb raptors in raid0 and i get 181.3mb/s burst speed and 70.2 for average read speed ???? would it be worth me getting a 150raptor

The Intel RAID is far superior to most other onboard solutions. Note my chipset doesn't support combined burst when in RAID, which is the reason for the limited burst - it does this only when using SATA-II 3.0Gbp/s drives.

HD Tach reports read rate at 110MB/s.
64k Stripe

This Bad for my 2x74GB raptors Radi in a DFI Expert. cos it seems it to me.

Depends on the stripe size. If you set it to optimal, this defaults to 64K stripe size in which case the bench is spot on. Also, your HD tach aboves suggests you have such a stripe - big stripes are always more steady across the board.
