Raspberry Pi 3 Complete Starter Kit

For PSU you could use a redundant USB phone charger with micro USB. The power draw of a pi3 is not 2A under normal use. It only becomes an issue if you need to add loads of peripherals.

SD cards can generally be had cheaper than those provided with the kits and any OS you need to be installed can be done simply enough with any SD card reader and the relevant image and free software.

What are you planning to do with the pi3?

Use it for watching films off of external HD and internet stuff like youtube and maybe some games. Kodi looks good. All new to me though. All new learning curve.

Would a Fire TV box be a better bet? I could watch content from my external HD plugged into it? Plus, i could put kodi on it?

If your gonna run Kodi (which is great btw) then have a look at openelec.
It is a stripped down Linux distro which runs great on the pi3. I have 3 of these running in the home in the various bedrooms and as has already been stated you can run them off old redundant phone chargers. If you pick them up from RS components they are dirt cheap ( do overclockers sell them?).
Amazon are selling them too.
The fire stick is another alternative as you can load Kodi onto that too.

I seen the kits. Lots about. I would need a full kit.

LibreELEC is better than OpenELEC.
