A few questions before you spend your money.

What is your current psu ?
Do you need 16GB Ram ? (Gaming only requires 8GB)
Do you need another hard drive ? Is your current one working ok ? You don't need a fast HDD, as the SSD is the speed merchant in the build.

It's a cheap branded one, so I'd quite like to get a new one.

8Gb is fine as I'll mostly be gaming, I'm not exactly a tech wiz and didn't spend much time making this basket.

At the moment I have about 1TB on my current drive that's about two years old now and is slowing the pc down quite a bit, I just wanted to get a fresh one mainly possibly use it as a back up.

Here is a revised spec with 8GB Ram

5-year warranty on motherboard.

Re: PSU - a good 750W would have you covered for 280X CrossFire and going for that would bring it back under budget. Speccing the 1000W in case you'd want to stretch, as it colour matches and more importantly would also run more powerful cards in CrossFire, or a single R9 295 X2.

Re: Windows - it's possible to transfer it but a fresh reinstall is always best.
