Rate my takeaway

I'd agree once a week is also too much, and that's based on my still doing it. It causes a detriment to any other potential health gains / weight loss plans.

I restocked on Morrisons breaded fish fillets and fancy brand Aunt Bessies chips and am going to try and use those to curb my cravings, I cook them in the least amount of olive oil which is still a lot better than takeaway, and have sweet chilli and garlic chilli sauces.

I'm trying to drop takeaway down to once a month, and nutrition shakes help a lot as they replace the ease of not having prepare meals.

Which is easily countered by eating healthily other times.

Look how fit Adam Moran is.

He also does hours of weights every day. Most people won't do that. There will always be exceptions to the rule but his appearance doesn't necessarily make him healthy. https://www.mensjournal.com/food-drink/fast-food-hits-your-immune-system-illness-new-study-suggests/

Well I actually need to gain weight, so the more calories the better

Did you doctors tell you to load up on takeaways then?

They said it doesn’t matter how I get the extra calories, as long as I get them, and to eat whatever I fancy, but I am in a whole different boat to normal people, so cannot really compare

The wife and myself have been doing takeaway night once a week for getting on... 20 years. I guess if your regular diet is processed meat and frozen chips then one takeaway a week will push you over the edge

How much money is he making with 250k subs roughly?
According to socialblade in the last 28days he's made anywhere between $3k and $47k - Most of the time it comes out about in the middle of that, and so his growth over that 30 wont be representative of his whole year but he's probably pulling in some really decent wedge per month!
