Crackdown: 7/10
Not a bad game at all, and the recent patches gave it a much needed boost. Ultimately a little shallow due to near-complete lack of plot and direction. One of the more fun games in terms of achievement challenges however.
Rainbow Six Las Vegas: 7/10
Nice looking game with decent gameplay, but fairly linear and repetitive with minor slowdowns in some areas. The multiplayer is unfortunately plagued with a poor community but this is through no fault of the game.
Lost Planet: 5/10
Not quite worth the hype it got, it's decent for the first few hours, but becomes a slow grind. Amazing graphical effects and the most realistic portrayal of snow does not hide the flaws of this game.
Oblivion: 9/10
A fantastic game with many to see and do, and extra content that is easily acquired ensuring hours upon hours of gameplay. One of the finer 360 games for the system.

A beautiful game which introduced the Unreal Engine 3 to the masses in the form of a surprisingly playable and smooth experience. Excellent fun when you are playing co-operative mode with a friend either in splitscreen or over online/system link modes. However, the game has glaring plotholes and blatantly missing content, of which was finally implemented in the PC version (10 chapters and a Brumak encounter compared to the 360's 5 chapters).

A thoroughly enjoyable racer with innovative features such as the car auction house, the car livery (paintjobs) editor and the screenshots function which can be uploaded to the official website and shared with others. Weak in the graphical department, it still offers a good gameplay experience regardless.

A decent shooter with good gameplay mechanics and command system, but it may be a little too much for some. Great graphical effects and a refreshing change of environment from the first game, although essentially, it is more of an expansion than a fully-fledged sequel. Ubisoft adopted the mantra of 'if it isn't broke, don't fix it' for this game.

There are minor slowdowns in some areas, and the otherworld sections may be derided by some, but on the whole, possibly the finest game out on the console. Unfortunately it is marred by a completely unplayable multiplayer experience, but this does not detract from the singleplayer mode of Starbreeze's masterpiece. A good omen of things to come, especially for those waiting for the Chronicles of Riddick remake. A must-buy.

Forza 2 - 10/10 Fantastic, handling is brilliant and the game is just so much fun, especially online.
Dead Rising - 10/10 Maybe it's just my love of all things Zombie, but I can lose hours just beating stuff to death, great stuff.
Guitar Hero II - 10/10 possibly the most addictive game I've played.
Oblivion - 9/10 so much to do, vast world, great gameplay and some stunning visuals.

Tony Hawks project 8
8/10 Same classic gameply with a few added touches, a good career mode and excellent graphics, very effective. A lot of fun and the first true next gen tony hawk.
Call of Duty 3
8/10 Single player is good, same hectic and action packed gameplay as previous 2, however story isn't quite as compelling. Excellent graphics and effects, multiplayer is carp however.
Project gotham racing 3
9/10 Brilliant cars, handling tracks, gamemodes, multiplayer, graphics, sound. Brilliant.
Saints Row
8/10 Not quite a gta beater but an excellent challenge, lots of fun, great looking cars and locations, decent storyline. Lacks the wit of gta but a great fun game to play until the real thing gets here.
Fifa 07
8/10 Great footy action, good fun to play and lots to master. Not enough game modes or teams however.
World Cup Germany 2006
7/10 Looks a bit dated but a decent fun kickabout.
NBA 2K7
8/10 Looks superb, really effective graphics and sound, decent gmeplay however the inside game is tricky and often frustrating leaving you relying on outside shooting to keep up. NBA 2K8 needs to have a better balanced offensive game.

8/10 Single player campaign is very solid, similar use of cover system to gears of war, rewards tactical thinking in a manner different to earlier games. Great fun however, multiplayer is good however the ranks thingy means many people play just for stats, which sucks.

9/10 Great fun, simple game mechanics but by no means a simple game, great locations and a big challenge to fight through. Really good fun.
