raw egg whites?

Apparently one in every 20,000 Lion eggs has a chance of salmonella.

Raw egg whites are great for protein, but there's an inherent risk in all raw egg.

Can it not be cooked first anyway just be sure? I'm sure it will still blend up quite well  . Isn't whey protein best either way?

It'll blend up fine but you'd lose half your protein and negate the point.

Just eat lots of steak, chicken and eggs each week, and supplement with protein shakes if required. The body shouldn't need any more protein than that.

Ah right, didn't notice that part :o . Where do you buy whey protien anyhow, or does it only come in those special bars/drinks?

I'd buy it online if I was buying, but you can buy at wholesalers (makro, etc) or at Holland & Barrett, etc.

It doesn't necessarily come with whey in it, you can get protein powder and protein powder with whey AFAIK

was the most disgusting drink i've ever had but probebly did the job:

2 table spoons Skimmed Milk Powder
1 table spoon Cream Milk powder
1 table spoon peanut butter
3 table spoons sugar
2 table spoons cocoa powder
1 egg white

any ideas how many calories that would be? and protein?
