Is this bad??? lol...

Computer is loading everything very slowly... its a 150gb Raptor.

if its a hardware fault, will this neeed to be RMA'd with OCUK or WD?

First off go get a copy of WD's Data Lifeguard diagnostics and run them, if they fail then you've got a far better chance of a successful RMA than if you try based on a SMART report.

Update: I got myself an RMA from WD (a normal RMA not their advanced one), drive will be with them 2moro before 1pm (1st class special delivery)
