Looks like they've finally shifted it in a new direction, hopefully done well.

6 was the 'soft reboot' different from the previous ones.

you can deffo see feel the difference from 6. was a nice change. the first season may put people off but shows can be slow burners that get better and better exactly what this show does. last season was really good.

Surprised that this popped up on Sky last night. Solid episode as always.

Decent start to S7, good that they've stuck with following s6 instead of soft rebooting it again.

Very good start, will be interesting to see how it develops. love Ray trying to get a handle on his anger/violence, some beautifully underplayed comedy there.

great show the controlled violence from ray did feel a little odd forced. but...you are used to him just smashing people regardless the concequences so i guess we will see how this plays out.

it's just as well Live isn't paid by the word, I love how little Ray says. sometimes his silent reactions are just sublime.

Cant beat a good cheery show to keep your mood up. :D

Also, I cant stand the Bridget actress/character.

There is not a proper thread for this show just a few posts on it from years back.

Anyhow it is cancelled now, so no Season 8

It was a DM link I got on my phone and I know some here do not like that paper so Google : "Ray Donovan CANCELED"

Ah shame, enjoyed the show. Was always good to have a nice cheery show to raise the mood now and again.

Gutted but it was an underrated TV series, not sure why it had low viewing figures considering how good it was.
